Hi Everyone
I hope you had a great weekend. I went to visit my mam. We had a lovely chat and cup of tea in the back garden. I also did a bit of DIY around the house and put up some new shelves and a picture in the kitchen. I was very happy when I was finished. Let me know what you got up to this weekend.
This week as a school we are going to be focusing on our Well Being. The activities this week are designed to allow you to take a few moments in the day to relax and be mindful. There are a few activities each day and it is up to you which way you want to do them. You may like to start your day with some yoga and end it with the mindfulness activity. It’s totally up to you. The yoga is from Cosmic Kids so if there is one you don’t like you can always choose one you prefer. I hope you enjoy the activities this week and I look forward to seeing your work on Aladdin.
