Christmas Morning

Yawn and Stretch,

Jump out of bed,

Footsteps down the Stairs,

Rip, Tear, Crunch,

Yippee, Hooray,

For Christmas Day

Christmas Acrostic

Children love Christmas

Having fun decorating

Reindeer fly high in the sky

In the living room lies a special surprise

Stockings upon the fireplace

Time to open presents

Magic and lights in the sky

An amazing time with your family

Santa Comes to town

Winter

It’s winter, oh it’s winter,

The sun’s gone and the clouds have come,
Children playing, having fun,

Making snowmen, eating turkey,

Sitting beside the blazing fire

Surrounded by family and friends.

It’s winter, oh it’s winter,

The day has come,

To celebrate and be joyful,

Eating mince pies,

And unwrapping presents,

And saying whoo,hoo!

It’s winter, oh it’s winter,

Everything white as snow,

And icing sugar,

I see the kids

Screaming with delight and happiness

It’s winter, oh it’s winter,

I look at my own

Presents and guess what?

I laugh because I already

Have my present…..HAPPINESS
